Nestled on the picturesque hillside of Sandy Bay in Hobart, Grace is a residential development that seamlessly blends modern living with nature’s tranquillity. Surrounded by lush treetops in a quiet oasis, Grace offers residents an opportunity to live in harmony with their environment while enjoying the elegance of contemporary architecture. Our role in this project was to bring the development to life through a series of still renders that captured both the unique design of the property and the serene, natural setting.
Grace is the result of close collaboration with some of Tasmania’s most respected design voices. Leading the architectural vision is the acclaimed Cumulus Studio, joined by landscape specialists Inspiring Place, known for their sensitive approach to the Tasmanian environment. Also involved is HIP V. HYPE, one of Australia’s foremost sustainability consultancies, whose expertise helps reduce energy use, lower carbon emissions, and limit environmental impact. The result is a project shaped by thoughtful design and creative integrity — one that reflects Hobart’s growing status as a center of design excellence.

The challenge was to craft a suite of marketing imagery that not only highlighted the development's architectural elegance but also conveyed a sense of serenity and harmony with nature. The visuals had to tell a compelling story, inviting potential buyers to envision themselves in this peaceful, tree-lined sanctuary. These final renders would serve as the cornerstone of the marketing campaign, from brochures to online platforms, and needed to be both visually striking and aligned with the project's brand narrative.
Our role was to craft a series of imagery that brought Grace to life through a cohesive visual story. Working closely with Assembly Branding, we designed each render to reflect the everyday experiences future residents could imagine as part of their lives. Rather than standalone visuals, the imagery was built as a narrative, emotive, immersive, and aligned with the brand’s tone. Each touchpoint was considered, ensuring the visuals supported the buyer journey and deepened the emotional connection to the place.
