Working with architect CO-AP, Hui reimagined her terrace home to blend modern design with comfort and style. We brought this vision to life through a series of carefully crafted 3D visuals that showcased the upgraded interiors and key design features. These images gave potential buyers a clear and engaging preview of the finished home once built, and played a key role in its successful sale.

The property, a charming classic terrace home, had great potential but required significant upgrades to reach its full value. The challenge was twofold:
Visualising the Transformation: With extensive renovations planned, it was essential to provide a clear, compelling visual representation of how the home would evolve, helping potential buyers fully grasp its future potential.
Selling in its Current State: The property had to be marketed as-is, yet prospective buyers needed help envisioning the completed vision, particularly with regards to the proposed upgrades.
Our role was to bring Hui’s vision to life through meticulously detailed 3D imagery, capturing both the planned transformation and the overall enhancement of the terrace home. We produced a series of high-fidelity visualisations that showcased the home's future potential - from a stunning new rooftop garden to a beautifully reimagined ground-floor living area opening into a lush green atrium.
These visuals weren’t just illustrations - they were strategic tools. Listed online, they helped attract potential buyers by clearly communicating the transformation. Hui printed and framed the renders for display during open inspections, offering a tangible, in-person glimpse of what the home could become. This helped buyers clearly imagine how the home could look post the renovation.
