Positioned just west of central Queenstown within an exclusive gated community, the residence enjoys uninterrupted panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu, the Remarkables mountain range, and Cecil Peak.

Pārore is a masterful fusion of bold design and refined elegance, drawing inspiration from the commanding presence of its alpine surroundings. Inside, bespoke finishes and carefully curated materials create an ambiance of timeless sophistication, delivering a truly one-of-a-kind luxury experience.

In collaboration with The Design Group and architects The Lennon Project, we helped bring the luxurious Pārore residence to life. Our role was to create marketing imagery that reflected the vision of refined modernism, seamlessly blending the architecture with the natural beauty of its surroundings.

Through a collection of still imagery and an animated film, we showcased the property’s sophisticated design, its refined interiors, and the expansive lake and mountain views, offering potential buyers a glimpse of what it would be like to live in this exceptional space.
